Description
Zantech is hiring an onsite Acquisition Policy Analyst in Arlington, Virginia to support DARPA's Service Delivery & Resource Allocation Management Support project. The role manages the administrative lifecycle of R&D acquisition activities, including BAAs, program solicitations, scientific review memorandums, special notices, and RFIs; maintains documentation templates and SOPs; routes communications among program managers, the Contracts Management Office, and the Office of General Counsel; tracks and analyzes acquisition lifecycles; and advises on policy and compliance. The position requires at least four years of R&D or services contracting experience, knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Other Transaction Authorities, a bachelor's degree, US citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
