The role serves as the primary contractor interface with government leadership, manages personnel and contractor performance, oversees quality assurance and transition planning, maintains an 80% personnel retention rate, and ensures compliance with security, regulatory, and reporting requirements. The position requires at least six years of experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity directing major Department of Defense research and development efforts, a bachelor's degree, US citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
