OMERS is hiring for a direct employment 18-month contract role on the Total Plan Performance team to provide investment performance reporting, exposure reporting, compliance reporting, and analysis for the pension fund. The position uses performance analytics systems, data warehouses, Power BI dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, with hybrid work requiring at least four days per week in the office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of analyst-level experience in financial institutions, a university degree in Business, Math, or a related field, and a CFA or CIPM designation (or progress toward one).
