Micron Technology is hiring a Total Productive Management Program Manager in Japan to drive manufacturing performance and continuous improvement in its semiconductor fabrication areas. The role audits and improves TPM practices, leads labor-efficiency and other sub-projects, develops area-level best-practice methods, standardizes procedures and equipment processes, and coordinates with site and global teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, while five years of manufacturing-plant experience, process and equipment knowledge, area-methods experience, and English leadership skills are desirable.
