Description
The Total Quality Manager will develop and maintain quality assurance programs, ensure compliance with regulatory and agency requirements, lead audits and corrective actions, manage quality personnel and cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of manufacturing and engineering or related experience, and supervisory or lead experience; ASQ certification, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO experience are preferred.
