The role manages benefits renewals, enrollments, vendor and carrier invoices, pension programs, compliance reporting, employee communications, leave-of-absence processes, market adjustments, merit increases, bonuses, Workday approvals, and salary surveys. Candidates need at least three years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, benefits, or compensation administration, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and the ability to collaborate across EMEA and US time zones.
