Legora is hiring a Total Rewards Analyst to support its reward function across compensation, equity, benefits, and mobility. The role involves building reporting dashboards, supporting compensation benchmarking, analysing equity data, improving people operations processes, administering benefits and mobility programmes, coordinating vendors, and preparing communications and compliance materials. The analyst will report to the VP of Total Rewards and collaborate with the Total Rewards Manager, requiring at least three years of relevant experience, strong analytical and Excel or Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with reward-related frameworks or administration.
