Total Rewards Director at Unitek Learning

Unitek Learning is hiring a Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution for corporate, salaried, and hourly employees across its workforce. The role owns job architecture, pay structures, merit and incentive programs, benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor and broker management, compliance, HRIS configuration, reporting, and integration of rewards programs in mergers and acquisitions. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of progressive compensation and benefits leadership, and experience with enterprise or multi-site organizations, HRIS systems, and benefits regulations.
