Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Program Directors (Tour Directors) to lead escorted tours of the Canadian Maritimes and Canadian Rockies. The role is responsible for overall program quality, delivering destination and schedule information, managing traveler expectations, coordinating services, representing the company, and communicating traveler feedback. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of tour-guiding experience, destination knowledge, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, quick-decision-making ability, and Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Excel. Compensation is $220 USD per day, with a possible 20% increase after three years based on performance, plus gratuity and potential incentive bonuses.
