AV Group NB Inc. is recruiting a Tour Superintendent for its Atholville pulp mill in New Brunswick. The role coordinates activities across mill departments to maximize production, monitors and coaches shift employees, investigates accidents and environmental incidents, reports bottlenecks and quality concerns, recommends management improvements, and promotes safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in science, chemical engineering, or an equivalent degree or industrial experience, with 3–5 years of pulp-mill or industrial experience preferred, and encourages recent graduates to apply.
