Description
The Roadside Service Instructor delivers Emergency Roadside Service training and development programs for Independent Contract Station service providers and their employees. The role covers roadside assistance operations, towing and recovery procedures, battery service, dispatch technologies, lockout techniques, and AAA member service standards through classroom, virtual, and field-based instruction. Responsibilities include coaching, complaint-case guidance, training needs analysis, effectiveness monitoring, and reporting, along with scheduled overnight travel across assigned territories. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant training or instructional experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license are required; roadside assistance, towing, dispatch technology, and organizational skills are preferred.
