Description
The Foreman oversees wireless tower construction and maintenance crews at assigned job sites, leading installation, troubleshooting, testing, repair, safety, quality assurance, documentation, and resource management. The role requires hands-on tower climbing and work at heights, crew leadership, RF and construction-document interpretation, and regular travel, including overnight stays. Candidates need a high school diploma or related trade education, five years of wireless tower or field-services experience, two years of supervisory experience, and several required certifications, including climbing/rescue, OSHA 30, first aid and CPR, rigging and hoisting, and relevant RF or safety certifications.
