Description
Ontivity is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead the erection, construction, maintenance, and closeout of communication tower sites. The role supervises up to four tower crew members, oversees safety and quality control, performs rigging, hoisting, antenna and transmission-line installation, cable and grounding work, and coordinates job-site activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of tower-climbing, stacking, and rigging experience, relevant safety and RF certifications, and the ability to work at heights up to 500 feet, in all weather, and travel 50–90% of the time. The position pays $30–$40 DOE and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
