Ontivity is hiring a Tower Tech III to plan and schedule tower construction, antenna and microwave installations, tower modifications, maintenance, and crew work. The role requires climbing elevated structures, performing installation and troubleshooting, maintaining safety and paperwork, traveling frequently, and mentoring tower hands. Candidates need tower and antenna construction experience, relevant testing and rigging knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as OSHA 30, Competent Climber, Competent Rescue, and First Aid/CPR.
