Ontivity is hiring a Tower Tech III to plan and schedule tower construction, antenna and microwave installations, tower modifications, and maintenance; supervise crew profitability, safety, quality, paperwork, and equipment; climb towers and elevated structures; troubleshoot electronic components; and mentor tower hands. The role requires tower and fall-protection knowledge, antenna and wireless-systems experience, testing and rigging skills, a valid driver’s license, DOT physical eligibility, and the ability to travel and work in adverse conditions. Pay is listed as $26–$32.
