Description
The Tower Technician assists with the erection, construction, maintenance, and installation of wireless towers and cell-site equipment. Responsibilities include rigging, hoisting, fastening, antenna and cabling installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and crew support in a field environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, safety and climbing training, aerial lift operation, teamwork, and the ability to climb towers up to 500 feet, work in all weather, and travel 80–100% of the time. It is a full-time position with typical Monday–Friday hours, some overtime, and health, dental, vision, retirement, and insurance benefits.
