Ontivity is hiring a full-time Tower Technician to assist with the erection, construction, maintenance, and installation of wireless towers and cell-site equipment. The role includes tower-top work, rigging, hoisting, antenna and cabling installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and crew support in a field environment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, safety and climbing training, the ability to work at heights up to 500 feet, and frequent travel; related trade education and one to three years of tower-related experience are desired.
