Description
Ontivity is hiring a full-time Tower Technician to assist with the erection, construction, maintenance, and installation of wireless towers and cell-site equipment. The role includes rigging, hoisting, antenna and cabling installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and general site work, while maintaining safety and quality standards. It is a field-based, safety-sensitive position requiring physical climbing and lifting, travel of 80–100% of the time, and completion of specified safety and climbing training. A high school diploma or GED is required, while related trade school education and one to three years of tower-related experience are desired.
