SBA Communications is hiring a Tower Technician to perform daily tower construction and commercial service deployment, including erecting towers, installing antennas and grounding systems, testing equipment, reading plans, coordinating materials and labor, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires recent tower-climbing experience, physical ability to climb up to 500 feet, domestic travel 90% of the time, a valid driver’s license, and completion of SBA’s Tower U and TS&R training.
