Ontivity is hiring a full-time Tower Technician III to assist with the erection, construction, maintenance, and installation of wireless towers and cell-site equipment. The role includes rigging, hoisting, antenna and cabling installation, grounding, testing, documentation, and general site work, while maintaining safety and quality standards. It requires a high school diploma or GED, successful completion of specified safety and climbing training, the ability to work at heights up to 500 feet, and willingness to travel 80–100% of the time.
