Pearce is hiring a full-time Top Hand to support AT&T Technology and structural projects, including new builds, site modifications, rooftop installations, wireless infrastructure, and electrical equipment. The role involves high-altitude work, installation, repair, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, crew collaboration, and occasional training or interim foreman duties. Candidates need construction and project-management experience, tower-service knowledge, climbing and rescue certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. The position offers a $25–$28 USD base pay range plus potential bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
