Description
The Town of Surfside is seeking a Town Manager to serve as the chief administrative officer and direct and coordinate all phases of municipal government. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, extensive municipal administrative or management experience, knowledge of municipal laws and policies, and strong consensus-building and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, ICMA-CM credential, Florida municipal experience, complex capital project management, coastal resiliency and construction experience, and grant-funding expertise. The salary range is $250,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.
