Davies North America is hiring a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate- to complex commercial transportation liability claims, including bodily injury and commercial general liability exposures. The role requires at least five years of liability or transportation claims experience, bilingual Spanish fluency, claims adjusting licenses, and proficiency with claims management systems. The adjuster will collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders and may handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
