The employer is seeking a Mineral Processing & Tailings SME to serve as Technical Authority across energy, oil and gas, mining, industrial, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role covers mineral processing plant development, design, operation, hydrometallurgical processing, unit operations, technical reviews, design assurance, complex engineering challenges, proposals, client workshops, business development, mentoring, and engineering standards. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least 20 years of mining and minerals experience, and proven experience as a Technical Authority or equivalent; chartered or professional engineer status is preferred.
