Description
The Production Lead oversees a fast-paced production environment, tracking hourly production and damage rates, training and coaching Lift operators and Pallet sorters, managing daily start-of-shift and end-of-day reporting, handling trailers and YMS reports, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, the ability to drive production, and the ability to repeatedly lift 65 pounds and stand for long periods. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
