Continental is hiring a maintenance technician to work morning shifts and monitor compliance with maintenance procedures. The role analyzes oil and lubricant consumption, coordinates oil changes and environmentally responsible disposal, prepares preventive maintenance plans and equipment tests, verifies defect rectification, and ensures occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance. Candidates need secondary education in a technical field, preferably a technical university degree and maintenance experience, along with English knowledge and computer skills including SAP PM and CGMS. The starting salary is TT6, with a target pay grade of TT7 and employee benefits under the collective agreement.
