Description
Relativity Space is hiring a Thermal Protection System Technician to manufacture TPS components and subassemblies for the Terran R reusable rocket. The role performs adhesive bonding, surface preparation, vacuum bagging, and other production processes; follows engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures; operates hand tools, pneumatic tools, calibrated equipment, and MES software; and collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of aerospace manufacturing or related experience, adhesive bonding experience, flight-hardware manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. It is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday role with a 50-hour workweek including 10 guaranteed overtime hours, and pays $27.20–$40.80 USD.
