Google is hiring a TPU Test Engineer to develop and validate post-silicon new-product-introduction and high-volume-manufacturing test strategies for TPU and high-performance computing products. The role covers pre-silicon model validation, automated test equipment programs, test modules, binning, production and characterization flows, and tools that automate the silicon testing lifecycle. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, four years of test-engineering experience, programming experience, and experience with Advantest or Teradyne platforms.
