Description
The role is a TPU Test Engineer focused on developing and validating automated test solutions for Google’s TPU and high-performance computing products. Responsibilities include pre-silicon and post-silicon test program development, ATE platform integration, product sustainment, yield and test-time improvement, and automation of the testing lifecycle. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, 10 years of test-engineering experience, ASIC test-methodology expertise, and programming experience with ATE platforms. Preferred qualifications include SoC architecture experience and advanced testing and data-analysis expertise. The role is based in Haifa or Tel Aviv, Israel, and requires in-person interviews.
