Description
ITS Logistics is hiring a Track and Trace Coordinator for its brokerage division. Reporting to the Division Manager, the role tracks and traces shipments, maintains driver relationships, communicates shipment status to customers, manages shift handoffs, uses transportation technology to support on-time delivery, sends updates according to cadence, escalates shipment issues, and works accurately in high-stress situations. Evening and midnight availability is required; transportation experience is preferred but not required.
