The employer is hiring a Track Construction Site Supervisor – Track/Substructure / Structural Engineering to supervise specialist construction sites for challenging maintenance projects in rail and track construction. The role coordinates executing contractors, ensures compliance with deadlines and quality requirements, prepares and runs customer construction meetings, maintains documentation, and reports progress to internal project management. Applicants need a completed master examination as a construction technician or track construction master, ideally at least two years of rail-project experience and functional training as a Track Construction Site Supervisor, plus fluent German at C1. The position offers €70,000 to €85,000 per year, a company vehicle, 30 days of vacation, bonuses, and other benefits.
