Description
Trafikverket is hiring a Track Maintenance Engineer for the Southern Region of its Maintenance business area. The role supports railway track engineering projects by analyzing infrastructure, proposing measures, preparing documentation and maintenance plans, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with agreements and laws, and assisting with forecasting, procurement, and financial administration. The engineer will work mainly in the office, occasionally visit infrastructure, and may work remotely up to two days per week. Candidates need recent railway track engineering experience, relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience, administrative experience, computer-system learning ability, Swedish language skills, and a passenger vehicle driver’s license.
