Description
Patriot Rail is hiring a Track Foreman to supervise track gangs, track inspectors, and hyrail operations; manage engineering operations, track conditions, production, budgets, workforce productivity, investigations, and corrective actions; and lead employees through coaching and performance monitoring. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, at least five years of track foreman experience, RWP and FRA CFR 213 qualifications, CWR training, SRTH Operating Rules test passage, and the ability to perform heavy physical work and travel up to 25%. The position includes a nonstandard workweek, on-call availability, and work in all weather conditions.
