The Pit Supervisor oversees the safe and efficient operation of a go-kart track, supervising 10–20 track attendants and coordinating with Assistant and General Managers on disciplinary and operational matters. Responsibilities include preparing karts and the track, instructing customers on kart and race-flag safety, supervising races, responding to emergencies, maintaining pit and track areas, and performing closing duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, and the ability to supervise, communicate with customers, and perform physical track operations.
