RAWSO Constructors is hiring a full-time, mid-level Trackhoe Operator (Utility) to operate hydraulic excavators for underground utility excavation, trenching, backfilling, and installation. The role requires safe exposure of existing utilities, interpretation of construction plans and locate markings, coordination with ground crews, equipment inspections and maintenance, and compliance with OSHA and excavation safety practices. Candidates need prior hydraulic excavator experience in underground utility construction, with utility-locating and live-utility excavation experience preferred.
