Description
The Tractor Driver safely operates farm tractors with attached train cars or passenger trailers to transport guests to u-pick fields and tour routes. The role combines equipment operation with guest hospitality, including pre- and post-shift inspections, safety briefings, passenger assistance, tour narration, crop and pricing information, and emergency response. It is a seasonal outdoor position requiring a valid driver’s license, strong situational awareness, friendly communication, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.
