SMR Farms is hiring a heavy-equipment operator to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves operating tractors with implements such as discs, mowers, seeders, and spreaders, as well as bulldozers and backhoes, transporting equipment with a semi-trailer, maintaining and servicing equipment, setting and repairing traps, spot spraying, and assisting with land-management activities including prescribed fires and food plots. Candidates must have heavy-equipment experience, tractor proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and a CDL for equipment transport.
