Swissquote Bank Europe is hiring an internal compliance expert in Operations to safeguard regulatory integrity by managing the end-to-end delivery of EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CSDR, and CSSF 20/747 transaction reports. The role oversees reporting accuracy and timeliness, collaborates with technical and business teams, addresses data errors and regulatory changes, maintains audit-ready documentation, and supports other business reporting. Candidates need at least three years of regulatory trade or market infrastructure reporting experience, with EMIR prioritized and hands-on experience in derivatives and securities reporting, data validation, and process documentation. The position is based in Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district and includes a performance bonus, pension, share plan, concierge services, and 34.5 paid holidays.
