John Crane is hiring a Trade Apprentice Trainee to receive structured on-the-job training in manufacturing operations, machine handling, maintenance, quality standards, and workplace safety. The role involves assisting with production, assembly, machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety and 5S practices, training assessments, and continuous improvement. Applicants need an ITI pass in a relevant trade, basic manufacturing and industrial safety knowledge, willingness to work in a factory, and good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills. The program includes one year of hands-on industrial training, monthly apprenticeship stipends, and a certificate of apprenticeship upon successful completion.
