Genesis10 is seeking an onsite Trade Floor Support specialist for a 12+ month contract with a global financial institution in New York, New York. The role provides real-time technical support for trading platforms, market data feeds, hardware, and network connectivity; monitors trading-system health; escalates incidents; collaborates with infrastructure, application, and networking teams; documents recurring issues; and helps maintain minimal downtime and operational compliance. Candidates need 5–7 years of experience supporting trading platforms, financial systems, or high-pressure environments, along with knowledge of market-data applications and familiarity with Windows, Linux, scripting, and basic networking. The position pays up to $41.37 per hour on a W2 basis.
