Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management, Key Account Management, or a related commercial function.
Experience working directly with external customers and retail partners, including influencing, negotiating, and collaborating on joint business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into commercially impactful actions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Passion for innovation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within healthcare, FMCG, consumer goods, medical devices, or optical/vision care industries is advantageous.
