UOB is hiring a trade operations specialist in Vietnam to process and acknowledge trade finance documents and transactions covering export and import letters of credit, bills under letters of credit or collection, guarantees, standby letters of credit, and trade loans. The role also involves customer consultation, document and message checking, transaction-system processing, due-bill and loan follow-up, regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance, reporting, filing, service-quality support, training newcomers, handling complex high-value customer requests, and participating in system projects and testing.
