Pella Mid-Atlantic is hiring a mid-level Trade Sales Representative, also described as a Trade Sales Consultant, for outside sales in Baltimore, Maryland. The role focuses on growing Pella’s window and door business by acquiring and retaining builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations through networking, referrals, site visits, events, consultative selling, accurate quoting, product and installation guidance, and ongoing customer support. The position requires independent scheduling, occasional evening and weekend availability, collaboration with operations and accounts receivable teams, CRM use, blueprint interpretation, and strong negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
