Seaspan is hiring a full-time, permanent Trade Supervisor, Crane & Rigging to lead and coordinate crane and rigging tradespeople in a shipyard. The role oversees safety, cost, schedule, quality, discipline, training, and performance; collaborates with trade management, HSE, quality, human resources, and employee relations; and requires significant interaction with Trade Management. The position is fully on-site at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver, with an afternoon schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday. It requires at least five years of related crane and rigging experience and three years of supervisory experience in a heavy industrial environment, with a preferred college degree or trades certification. The estimated base salary is $115,000-$127,000, with health, dental, vision, pension, and other benefits.
