Description
DRW is hiring a Trade Support Engineer to support trading technology by keeping systems healthy and available, resolving technical issues, responding to trader and engineer requests, participating in onboarding new desks and systems, and suggesting improvements. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in trade support, systems administration, site reliability engineering, or a related technical role, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field, networking and troubleshooting knowledge, Linux/Unix experience, and familiarity with scripting languages.
