The Trademark Docket Specialist maintains U.S. and international trademark portfolios in docketing software, tracks prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement deadlines, reviews documents, conducts trademark research, generates reports, processes communications, and supports electronic filing and document management. The role is based in a U.S. office, requires west-coast hours, and follows a hybrid schedule with one day on-site per week. The position reports to the Trademark Docket Manager and offers a base salary of $76,000 to $107,500.
