FalconX is hiring a Junior Trader for its New York-based sell-side crypto trading desk. The role is full-time and in-person, covering trading operations from Saturday through Wednesday, with a possible transition to a Monday-through-Friday schedule after a successful 18-month term. Responsibilities include trading crypto spot and derivatives, coordinating global trading teams, capturing trades, maintaining risk-system data, reconciling positions, analyzing trading metrics, and investigating accounting and operations discrepancies. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 1–4 years of trading or trading-support experience, basic options and Greek-risk knowledge, blockchain and crypto-liquidity familiarity, and strong communication skills; Python and SQL are desirable. Base pay is $106,000–$167,000 USD for New York City, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
