Virtu Financial is seeking a Trader to join their Fixed Income Trading desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk management, strategy configuration and implementation, and primary market trading. They will collaborate with various internal teams like operations, compliance, brokers, and custodians to minimize risks and maximize revenue. Additionally, they will contribute to designing, operating, and improving algorithmic trading strategies across electronic venues and RFQ platforms globally. The role involves close collaboration with software engineers to refine and advance the firm's trading strategies.
