Description
EDF Trading North America, LLC is hiring a real-time energy trader to manage and mitigate risk for asset owners, capture market opportunities, conduct real-time trading and scheduling for energy and transmission, communicate market information, maintain FERC regulatory requirements, record transactions, and support other traders. The role requires a bachelor's degree, PJM Certified Generation Dispatcher Exam eligibility within nine months, strong Excel and communication skills, analytical ability, and flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation. Energy-sector experience is preferred, with five years of real-time trading or operations experience preferred for a senior title.
