Description
The Trades Coordinator(Electrical) supports the Trades Superintendent by administering and coordinating training programs, trades management activities, employee records, compliance, leave, probation, overtime, and workforce engagement for the Vancouver Shipyard workforce. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent education and experience, at least 2–4 years of high-volume administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is a fully on-site, 12-month limited-term position based at the Operations Center in North Vancouver, with an estimated base salary of $84,600–$103,400 and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
